6 months !!!!!!!! (super littttt)

6 months downnn!!!!! I finished 6 months this week. This week has been full of ups and downs but im still loving it! 

To start with the good news: 
1. We were tracting on thursday night for a good couple of hours and in the morning i remember praying that we would find someone new that was prepared for us. At 8:30 it came to my mind that we still haven't found anyone and at the last house we finally found an interested person. He told us he had been waiting for someone to come find him and help him find peace in his life. Hes wants to make a change for the good in his life so he can have peace and comfort and what better way to do that than through jesus christ. He ended up coming to the baptism on saturday and church sunday. I know the lord prepared him for us and i cant wait to keep teaching him!
2: we had another baptism two who got married monday so they could be baptized saturday super awesome.
3: we have another one planned for this week!
4: we went to oxkintok if you don't know what that is ill send pictures cause theres a 99 percent chance you don't know
The Bad news:
1. Well it had to happen sometime i finally got sick. Saturday morning we went to merida and as we were coming back at about 1:30 the bus broke down. We didn't end up getting on another till about 3 the hour of the baptism oops! But we were all crammed in a bus im pretty sure there was 60 of us in a 30 person bus. It was bad and well if any of you have heard the story my dad loves to tell about me throwing up in this one bus well it happened again. So i threw up and i almost tapped the guy in front of me on the shoulder and told him but then i remembered the story and started laughing so I couldn`t haha(daddy I threw up). Its probably not that funny unless you know the story but basically i don't like bus rides anymore. I ended up throwing up a bunch of times and throughout the baptism that i was directing. Pretty sure it was the uncooked tamale. Im better now though!
2: well we had a baptism saturday but sunday they didn't show up for the confirmation whoops. So we have to wait until next sunday for their confirmation.

Id like to invite everyone to focus on their prayers at times we just get stuck in the motions and dont think a whole lot about it but were literally talking to god when we pray. That has been something i have been working on these past couple of weeks and i have seen so many miracles. God really does answer our prayers maybe not when we want but maybe after tracting all day at 8:30 at the last door.

I don´t even know where to start haha. I got off the plane last tuesday with about 30 other missionaries, and half of them were going to my mission. We took a bus to the mtc and I got to know everyone going to my district and I liked most of them but there was one kid who I didn't want to have as a companion because we had nothing in common. I like to play sports he liked to read books, I like to be outside, he likes to read books haha. But of course we got assigned to be companions and I had kind of a bad attitude about it for my first 2 days and those were the longest two days ive ever had. I prayed that I could come to love my companion and that day we listened to a talk by elder gong and he was talking about the importance of having a good relationship with your companion. He said to stop focusing on the things you didn't like about your companion and to focus on the things your companion was good at and since then its been great. It is great to be back

How is everyone doing? I know it's been a while but for all of those who didn't know I have been reassigned from merida mexico, to independence Missouri! I have 2 new companions (so were in a trio) and we are in the blue springs area (Kansas city)! It has been pretty different teaching over the phone and in english but it is still awesome! We have been teaching a lot of members and looking for a lot of new investigators, we have just been making phone call after phone call and looking for people to teach through Facebook! It has been super awesome and I have been able to find a few spanish speakers that seem pretty interested. Missouri is so pretty everything is so green and there's grass and lakes everywhere! Were right by the Missouri river too and that's pretty huge haha. My new companions are Elder Clements and Elder Thiriot and there both pretty awesome! The work keeps rolling

How is everyone doing? Hope good, everything is going good here in maxcanú were working hard and finding new people to teach! We have quite a bit of people progressing were hoping to baptize a few more here in Maxcanú. We have a baptism coming up this week for saul! I was talking to him and hes going to turn 17 this week and I asked him what are you gonna do when you turn 18 and he told me he wants to go on the mission. I was super pumped haha because he still hasn't even been baptized yet super awesome. We also had a multizone and I got to see some of the elders in Progreso my old area and they told me that the converts are starting to work hard with the missionaries and help them get more people to teach and progress. I was super excited to here that! We are also teaching this new investigator and her dad and sister were baptized 20 years ago but she never accepted the gospel.
