  This week was crazy kind of like this email it's all over the place but, Saturday was DOPE! We have been trying to come up with more creative ways to find and teach and we've been playing pickleball every morning except for today because it snowed   but we invited a couple tournament pickleball players to play with us. After playing with them they were trying to recruit me to be their new tournament partner haha! We played with them for an hour or so and me and my boy Louie were putting in some work! It was a ton of fun and I came to find out that they have a friend who is a member of the church and they have been before! Also Louie speaks Spanish and is a baller! After we finished playing pickleball we gave them a book of Mormon and read Helamen 5:12 and it hyped them up a ton! Then we read Moroni 10:4-5 and they were super hyped to read the book of Mormon and find out more about it! So we are going to play on Wednesday and teach them some more!   This week has been absolutely insane! So to start Elder Nelson and I both went and said goodbye to a lot of the people we were teaching and it was kind of sad to say goodbye to the Easley Family but hopefully they get baptized soon and well get to go. We had a bunch of lessons with members and got to say goodbye to all of them and I will miss them all. MIRACLE, we have been trying to get ahold of brother Rosales and never got to but then Wed night before we left we were passing by his house and he was outside, we told him we wanted to play basketball with him and he got super excited and wanted to invite all of his non member family! I'm not sure how it went but hopefully something happens there. His wife said that as soon as her husband wants to go to church she will go with him and shes not a member so I thought that was pretty cool. Elder Brady Graff Jones ,  After prayerful consideration, I am pleased to extend to you the calling of Zone Leader. This special calling is a position of trust. This calling has come to you because of your faithfulness and diligence in the Lord's service.  Your actions in word and deed will be followed and emulated by the missionaries in your Zone. Be ever mindful of your influence on the other missionaries.  You will serve on the Mission Leadership Council.   This is gonna be super short but cool miracles are happening! We found a ton more people put a Facebook find on date! We got referrals from members and the work is progressing one cool miracle I saw this week is- So I was reading the talk let God Prevail from the October 2020 conference and in there the prophet says "I wonder, to whom will we be led when we plead to find those who are willing to let God prevail in their lives?" So I decided to include that in my prayer and we found this phone number on Facebook and called it up and taught Meredith and after this is what she said!!!! "I really just need to give everything to God, and put all my trust in him!" Super cool! We have a baptism this week and one next week but I've got no time we gotta get to work!   President just called and I guess I'm going to be opening a new zone as zone leader in Liberty its gonna be crazy but I'm excited to see what happens and Elder Nelson will be leaving   sad but I'm excited to see what the lord has in store. There going to put the zone leaders in our area as well! This week sure was a crazy one we got to go on exchange with one of the AP's, I asked him why they were coming here and they said they wanted to learn how we were doing missionary work so well! That was pretty awesome now they text me every once in a while and ask me stuff its pretty cool. We sent like 5 referrals this week to other missionaries, the work keeps going! We are working on something called a Family Mission Plan and our members are awesome 2 of them invited their friends to church and meet with us so far and 1 actually came so that was awesome! I went on exchange with the zone leaders as well we were teaching one of their investigators how to play spikeball and rig...

  Dear Parents,   Greetings from the Missouri Independence Mission.  I hope to periodically write a letter to all of you to report on the mission.  I know you get some information from your children but this may give a big picture view.  Sister  Ames  and I prayed and fasted that we would be filled with love for each and every missionary.  I can say that I have felt that love for these wonderful missionaries.  As you are likely aware, we have a large number right now.  We have 231 currently and will be getting 35 new ones in two weeks.  We will be sending 10 home so a net increase of 25 missionaries that will put us at 257.  It has been a joy to get to know each of them.    It is good I am writing as I get a little emotional when I talk to people about this band of missionaries serving here in the center place of Zion during a global pandemic.  I am happy to report, that to date, we have not had a single missiona...

I never thought I'd say this but the Keto diet is LEGENDARY! (No I am not doing it) Shanta is going to quit smoking TODAY because of the Keto diet! One of our members is her best friend now and they're going to do the Keto diet together and it seems to help shanta quit smoking so that's pretty dope! She loved conference and she is going to have us start teaching her family! (Mother, Sister, Daughter) Shanta is pretty dope and will get baptized the 24th! Shanta has a ton of friends in the ward and is just loving church. She told us that the gospel has filled a hole in her heart that she didn't know was there and that from the very moment of touching the Book of Mormon she could feel the spirit from it! Thursday morning we had district council and the zone leaders had some meeting so they wanted to take an hour out of our district council and so like an hour before it started they told me they were sick so they couldn't come, so I had to find something else to fill up...
