EXACT OBEDIENCE BRINGS BLESSINGS SPIKEBALL & FACEBOOK FINDING

We have been grinding that Facebook finding, I guess I have been causing Facebook some issues or maybe Facebook is telling me to quit working because we have been contacting so many people on Facebook that it tells me it can't send more messages! We have actually been able to see some great miracles from Facebook finding and have found a few people from our area and we were able to teach them a few times and give them a Book of Mormon! We keep meeting most of our goals and passing the mission standards by quite a bit! We have been able to find some of the most ELECT ready people ever and have seen so many blessings from Facebook. We had Zone conference and some missionaries got in contact with Corona so we had to have half go online and half be actually there, luckily I got to go there! But because of that we got more restrictions so we can't play Spikeball or basketball anymore :( 

Speaking of Spikeball right after zone conference we saw some guys playing Spikeball and they invited us to play and so I explained how we wanted to but we can't because of the Corona virus :( we were sad cause it would have been a good opportunity to teach them but we knew we'd be blessed, and we were! I was like you know what let's go back and talk to them more, when they saw us they started walking to us and we were able to talk about the Book of Mormon and they said they were reading about the Book of Mormon the other day and want to learn more so we called them the next day and taught a BOMB lesson! Then committed to reading 13 PAGES!! Only problem was is we asked what they read about the Book of Mormon a few days earlier and it was a bunch of anti stuff :( They still said there gonna read it though!!! 

This week has been great I have been studying a ton for the people we are teaching and I am learning so much! I really love the talk by Henry B. Eyring, Holiness and The Plan of Happiness, I think it would be a great talk for all of you to read! The Book of Mormon is true I can say it without a doubt everyone go read it, if you are having a bad time read the Book of Mormon, if are having the best time of your life READ THE BOOK OF MORMON!! I have never regretted reading the Book of Mormon in any moment of my life! I know Joseph Smith saw a God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ! Russell M. Nelson is a prophet of God and GOD LEADS THIS CHURCH TODAY!

finally my first pday

I don´t even know where to start haha. I got off the plane last tuesday with about 30 other missionaries, and half of them were going to my mission. We took a bus to the mtc and I got to know everyone going to my district and I liked most of them but there was one kid who I didn't want to have as a companion because we had nothing in common. I like to play sports he liked to read books, I like to be outside, he likes to read books haha. But of course we got assigned to be companions and I had kind of a bad attitude about it for my first 2 days and those were the longest two days ive ever had. I prayed that I could come to love my companion and that day we listened to a talk by elder gong and he was talking about the importance of having a good relationship with your companion. He said to stop focusing on the things you didn't like about your companion and to focus on the things your companion was good at and since then its been great. It is great to be back

How is everyone doing? I know it's been a while but for all of those who didn't know I have been reassigned from merida mexico, to independence Missouri! I have 2 new companions (so were in a trio) and we are in the blue springs area (Kansas city)! It has been pretty different teaching over the phone and in english but it is still awesome! We have been teaching a lot of members and looking for a lot of new investigators, we have just been making phone call after phone call and looking for people to teach through Facebook! It has been super awesome and I have been able to find a few spanish speakers that seem pretty interested. Missouri is so pretty everything is so green and there's grass and lakes everywhere! Were right by the Missouri river too and that's pretty huge haha. My new companions are Elder Clements and Elder Thiriot and there both pretty awesome! The work keeps rolling

How is everyone doing? Hope good, everything is going good here in maxcanú were working hard and finding new people to teach! We have quite a bit of people progressing were hoping to baptize a few more here in Maxcanú. We have a baptism coming up this week for saul! I was talking to him and hes going to turn 17 this week and I asked him what are you gonna do when you turn 18 and he told me he wants to go on the mission. I was super pumped haha because he still hasn't even been baptized yet super awesome. We also had a multizone and I got to see some of the elders in Progreso my old area and they told me that the converts are starting to work hard with the missionaries and help them get more people to teach and progress. I was super excited to here that! We are also teaching this new investigator and her dad and sister were baptized 20 years ago but she never accepted the gospel.
