BULKING SZN

Its BULKING SEASON!!!! To start off this week we decided as an apartment we were gonna bulk up this week so we bought 11 loaves of bread and tons of peanut butter, jelly, honey and nutella! We ate a sandwich every 4 hours and let's just say it was pretty hard! We forgot a couple of days to eat them during the day so to catch up we would eat like 5 at night! We all felt pretty sick by Friday but we had to keep up the gainz! All of us gained only 5 pounds but it was kinda worth it I guess haha!

This week has been another crazy one, we had MLC (Mission Leadership Council) and everyone there was talking about our zone blowing up finding it was pretty cool! We learned a ton about changes in the mission and overall it was pretty awesome! They were teaching us how to teach our missionaries and help them improve and grow on their own, I thought it was super good i wrote down a ton of notes! After that we got super hyped to just go find people and help our missionaries, so that's what we did! By friday we had 17 found as a zone so we decided to hype them up to find some more and we said however many people we found as a zone we'd drink raw eggs! From Friday to Sunday we found 4 but as a zone we found 16 so we downed 8 eggs each last night haha! Someone we found on Saturday was Super Elect she wanted to have a buble study and she told us she wanted to strengthen her relationship with God so we taught her about the gospel of Jesus Christ and she loved and then we invited her to be baptized and she said "ABSOLUTELY" It was pretty awesome, they're a couple of our investigators getting baptized these next couple weeks in Blue Springs I'm hoping to go to a few of them and watch some of them on zoom as well! Our missionaries are awesome and were getting the work started here in liberty! We have Zone conference this week and The Assistants want us to train for an hour during it! We also had a meeting sunday with the Stake Presidency here in Liberty and they were really cool and trying to help us missionaries get things done here! I'm excited for another week of work and keeping things going!

Sorry we have been playing spikeball here and I didn't have much time to write an email!

finally my first pday

I don´t even know where to start haha. I got off the plane last tuesday with about 30 other missionaries, and half of them were going to my mission. We took a bus to the mtc and I got to know everyone going to my district and I liked most of them but there was one kid who I didn't want to have as a companion because we had nothing in common. I like to play sports he liked to read books, I like to be outside, he likes to read books haha. But of course we got assigned to be companions and I had kind of a bad attitude about it for my first 2 days and those were the longest two days ive ever had. I prayed that I could come to love my companion and that day we listened to a talk by elder gong and he was talking about the importance of having a good relationship with your companion. He said to stop focusing on the things you didn't like about your companion and to focus on the things your companion was good at and since then its been great. It is great to be back

How is everyone doing? I know it's been a while but for all of those who didn't know I have been reassigned from merida mexico, to independence Missouri! I have 2 new companions (so were in a trio) and we are in the blue springs area (Kansas city)! It has been pretty different teaching over the phone and in english but it is still awesome! We have been teaching a lot of members and looking for a lot of new investigators, we have just been making phone call after phone call and looking for people to teach through Facebook! It has been super awesome and I have been able to find a few spanish speakers that seem pretty interested. Missouri is so pretty everything is so green and there's grass and lakes everywhere! Were right by the Missouri river too and that's pretty huge haha. My new companions are Elder Clements and Elder Thiriot and there both pretty awesome! The work keeps rolling

How is everyone doing? Hope good, everything is going good here in maxcanú were working hard and finding new people to teach! We have quite a bit of people progressing were hoping to baptize a few more here in Maxcanú. We have a baptism coming up this week for saul! I was talking to him and hes going to turn 17 this week and I asked him what are you gonna do when you turn 18 and he told me he wants to go on the mission. I was super pumped haha because he still hasn't even been baptized yet super awesome. We also had a multizone and I got to see some of the elders in Progreso my old area and they told me that the converts are starting to work hard with the missionaries and help them get more people to teach and progress. I was super excited to here that! We are also teaching this new investigator and her dad and sister were baptized 20 years ago but she never accepted the gospel.
