(no subject)
My last email was kind of all over the place haha but the last 2 weeks have been super good! Our zone has made a ton of improvements, we kind of went from 0 to hero haha it's been pretty awesome! When we first got here there were like 3 people being taught within the entire zone so there was a lot of work that we needed to get done! We started putting in the work and teaching our missionaries how to do things and we killed it! We found over 100 people as a zone and the work has gone up like crazy! We have a ton of great missionaries and sadly a few of them are leaving!
Transfers came in and Elder Gilbert and I are staying together but 2 of our missionaries are now finishing their missions and 2 are getting transferred out! But we should be getting some more STUDS! Some cool miracles we have been able to see this week, are.
1- I was on exchange with one of our district leaders we found 5 people! 2 of them were sisters and their names are Abryana and Laylani, we saw on Facebook that they lost their dog so we called them up and said we were gonna help them find it! We told them if we prayed for it to be found it would happen. They didn't seem to interested haha but 2 days later they sent us a text saying it was found and yesterday we talked with them and they were pumped that God had answered their prayers! They wanted to learn more about our church!
2- Elder Gilbert and I found 9 people this week and we got like 5 member referrals for this week! The members love us yesterday they gave us 3 dinners haha! We are just calling members and they just want to give us people to teach, we have a ton of people we are working with and were bringing tons of members to join us! We are helping all of our members set goals to do missionary work and they have been putting in so much work!
3- The Prophets message was amazing, I have never heard the prophet pray before which I thought was super cool. The invitations were amazing. I have been able to share the gospel by sharing on my personal account and all the random people that I've added have been liking and responding to my posts! It truly is a great way to spread the gospel to all 4 corners of the earth! Prayers of gratitude are amazing as well, we did this last year as a mission and we had a huge upliftment in the mission, the president said that everyone was way happier than the previous week.
4- we had interviews with president this week and he basically told us everything that was going to happen. He went down and just read the transfer board to us, and let us know what our zone was gonna look like this transfer haha! He told me that I was finding a lotttttt, he said he has been sharing my ideas across the mission and that one missionary got 900 responses from one of the posts! It was super cool to hear that! He said I was the best missionary in the mission at finding! He is super awesome and he has been very beneficial to the mission! He was definitely called to serve at this time to help us as a mission!
I have loved the opportunity I have to serve at this time and I'm extremely grateful for the things that I've learned and been able to do! Missionary work is the best and I want to invite you all to participate in the light the world activities they will be super beneficial to doing missionary work for all of you!
